摘要
本文应用数量分类学原理和方法,研究了不同来源的割手密(S.sp-ontaneum L.)种群和甘蔗种间叶片过氧化物酶带。结果表明,在70个材料中,共出现8个类群。四川48个割手密分属6个类群,反映了遗传多样性和地理分布特点。类群Ⅵ—Ⅶ由甘蔗属不同种组成,说明它们具有相近的亲缘关系。斑茅(S.arundinaieum)自成为第Ⅷ类群,体现了与甘蔗属其它种遗传上的差异。此外,还探讨了不同聚类方法在甘蔗分类上的可行性。
The resemblance of peroxidase isoenzyme extracted from the leaves of S. spontaneum L. and sugarcane species distributed over different area was studied by the principle and methed of numerical taxonomy. The results show that 70 experimental materials are divided into 8 clusters Sichuan's 48 S. spontaneum L. belong to 6 clusters, reflecting the hereditary diversity and geogrophical distribu tions. Cluster Ⅵ-- Ⅵ consist of several sugarcane species of sugarcane genus, there is a close relation among them. S. arundinaceum belongs to cluster Ⅷ alone, reflecting the hereditary difference between S. arundinaceum and the species of sugarcane genus. Furthermore, the feasibility of the several taxinomical methods in sugarcane taxonomy is also discussed in the paper.
