摘要
报告了５０例毛细血管扩张病人用氩激光治疗的结果。治疗部位包括：面额部、鼻部、胸前Ｖ区和颈前等暴露部位。治疗结果４９例患者获得很满意的疗效，总有效率达９８％，仅１例患者疗效欠佳，占２％，但所有病例均无疤痕产生。由于氩激光具有无接触、快速和准确的优点，且并发症极罕见，故氩激光治疗毛细血管扩张能获得令人满意的医学美容效果。
Fifty patients with telangiectasis located in check,nose,forehead,chest and neck was treatedwith argonlaser therapy。The results of 49 patients were very satisfactory。The effectiverate was 98 %。 One patients(2%)did not show good therapeutic result.All those patientsrecovered bad shown several advantages-no scar,no instrument attachment to skin, nocomplications, operation was accurate and ripid.Argonlaser therapy can be applied to thepatients with telangiectasis for the purpose of medical beauty care。
