摘要
FeTi是具有多种用途的功能材料,以金属钛和铁为原料,在熔盐介质存在下,用固相反应通过两种方法合成FeTi,方法一是先把钛合成氢化钛后再与铁粉混合,通过热分解、扩散过程得到合金,方法二是直接把两种金属粉混合,再经氢化、热分解、扩散处理得到合金。实验证明,这两种合成方法是可行的,且第二种合成方法更为简便,其反应最佳条件是:吸氢温度~570℃,800℃,6小时,介质NaCl。
Intermetallic compound FeTi was synthesized from mixture of titaniun and iron powders byhydrogenation of titanium followed by thermal decomposition and solid-state diffusion.Theieaction product was identified as FeTi by its x-ray diffraction patterm and thermal behaviourby DTA technique. The intermetallic compound FeTi was obtained as a single phase at 800℃ after 6h thermo-treatment in fused NaCl.
