摘要
柚的胚囊属蓼型。花粉管沿着花柱道进入珠孔,到达胚囊。双受精时,—精核与卵核融合,另一精核与次生核或先与一极核融合后又与另一极核融合。合子休眠期长达45天。胚胎发生类型属十字花型。初生胚乳核为游离核型。还发现属于单胚的柚,在同一胚囊内产生了两个胚以及同一胚珠内产生了两个珠心的现象。作者认为,由双珠心产生的多胚也可能是柑桔多胚的一种新形式。
The embryo sac of 'Liangpion' pummelo(Citrus grandis(L.)Osb- eck)belongs to polygonum type. Its pollen tubes enter the micropyle and arrives at the embryo sac along the stylar canals. The embryogen- eric type of the pummelo is crucifer. Two embryos developed in the same embryo sac of this monoembryonic citrus are observed. Moreover. two nucella developed in the same ovule of the variety are found at first in citrus. The author suggests that the polyembryo derived from double nuclla may also be a new form of polyembryo in citrus.
