摘要
上海利用外资始终保持着良好的发展势头,也正逐渐成为世界著名跨国公司的集聚地。为此,阐述了跨国公司在上海的投资,剖析了上海企业在对外直接投资中的问题,并提出了一些解决方法。对上海企业有效地扩大对外直接投资作了探索。
Shanghai remains a good development of using FDI and it has attracted famous multinational enterprises. This paper states the achievements of multinational enterprise investment and puts forward some problems of overseas investment of local enterprises. It also presents some ways for solving problem and explore ways for the enlargement of overseas investment of Shanghai enterprise.
