摘要 提高沼渣液固、液体分离率的工艺工程技术,是沼渣液后处理的关键。而正确的固、液体分离方法与发酵原料有极密切的关系。经研究,猪鸡粪的比重>1,其沼渣在水中发生沉淀,采取沉降分离、离心分离有效;而牛粪主要成分为草料,其比重<1,在水中呈悬浮与上浮态,只能采取筛滤与气浮等方法。其后,对分离沼液因地制宜采取氧化沟塘、农田湿地漫流、旱作地下渗灌等方法处理后达标排放,可有效防止水污染。 Technique in use for increasing the rate of solid-liquid separation is the key to post-treatment of waste residue and liquid from biogas pits. Correct methods for separating solid from liquid are closely related to the characters of digested biomass material. Sedimentation and centrifugalization methods would be effective in solid-liquid separation of pig and chicken dungs because the specific gravity of the two kinds of dungs are all>1 and residues are precipitated by gravity.Sieve separation and air-floatation would be taken for separating solid from cattle dung's anaerobic effluent because grass is the major constituents of cattle dung and its specific gravity is <1 so that cattle dung will be suspended in and on water.Liquid after solid-liquid separation could be sent to oxidization trenches or ponds,wet fields by flood flow and to vegetable fields by underground permeating irrigation system according to local conditions. CODcr of discharged liquid reached the discharge criteria. Thus water pollution by animal wastes can be controlled effectively.
