摘要
目的:建立肺炎四号合剂的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定,色谱柱为KromasilODSC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶1),检测波长为274nm。结果:黄芩苷线性范围是0.09768～0.4884μg/mL,r=0.9998(n=5),加样回收率为98.93%,RSD为0.77%(n=5)。结论:HPLC法简便、快速、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Fei yan Sihao mixture.Methods:HPLC analysis was carried out by using Kromasil ODS co lumn,the mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid(50 ∶50 ∶1),detection wave length was 274 nm.Results:The detection ranges were 0.097 68～0.488 4 μg/mL.The average recovery of baicalin was 98.93%(RSD=0.77%,n=5).Conclusion:This method w as proved to be simple,quick and accurate.It could be used for quality control i n the production of Feiyan Sihao mixture.
