摘要
合成了三种新试剂2-(5-硝基-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯胺(5-NO2-PADMA),5-(5-硝基-2-吡啶偶氮)-2,4-二氨基甲苯(5-NO2-PADAT)和2-(6-硝基-2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(6-NO2-BTAMB).用分光光度法测定了试剂的三级质子化常数.在弱酸性或磁性介质中,试剂可与铁、镍、铜、钯、铑和钌等金属离子反应,生成稳定的有色配合物.
The methods of synthesis and properties of three mew reagents 5-(5-nitro-2-pyridylazo)-2, 4-diamino-toluene (5-NO2-PADAT), 2- (5-nitro-2-pyridylazo )-5-dimethylamino-aminobenzene (5-NO2-PADMA) and 2- (6-nitro-2-benzothiazolyazo)-5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid (6-NO2-BTAMB)have been reported.The acid dissociation constants of reagents have been determined by spectrophotometric method.The colour reactions of these reagents with copper,nickel rhodium,palladium,iron and ruthenium have been studied,and new spectrophotometric methods of the determination of these ions are proposed.
