耐力负荷对左室乳头肌及心内膜下组织学组织化学变化的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 以不同耐力负荷的雄性Wistar大鼠心脏为研究对象,采用酶组织化学、常规组织学的HE.Masson和心肌闰盘特异性染色等方法及电镜技术,对不同耐力负荷下乳头肌及心内膜下心肌组织结构变化与心肌功能的适应性做了观察。结果表明,适宜的耐力负荷可使乳头肌细胞肥大,毛细血管数量增加,心肌窦样管及与心腔相通的管道扩张;不适宜的超量负荷及耗竭训练导致乳头肌及毛细血管、心肌窦样管和与心腔管道缩窄或闭锁,造成乳头肌细胞缺血缺氧性损伤,损伤程度与运动负荷关系密切。 The heart of Wistar-rat is used as the objective of the experimental research. It adopts the methods of enzyme histochemistry, HE, Masson, staining distinctively for cardiac muscle (C. M. ) intercalated disc and transmission electron miacroscope, etc. Further observation, analysis and discussion are \made for the papillary muscle (P. M. ) and endocardium on the structural variability of C. M. Tissue and the adaptive and changing mechanism of the C. M. function under different load of endurance. Proper load of endurance can make the cells of P. M. hypertrophy, the quantity of blood capilary increase,and can also expand the myocardial sinusoid (M. S. ) of C. M. and the passage through cavity of heart. But, inproper overload of endurance or exhausting training may narrow or close up the P. M., blood capillary, M. S. of C. M. and the passage through cavity of heart,loading to injury of P. M. for the lack of blood and oxygen. the degree of injury is closely related to the load of training.
