摘要
大学图书馆是高校教师教学、科研的好帮手,是大学生的"第二课堂",是传播知识、播撒文明开启智慧之门的重要场所,是大学的"心脏"。21世纪的图书馆工作对图书馆员的素质提出了更高的要求,因此,当务之急是加强图书馆员的职业素质建设,为"心脏"健康而有序的工作提供强大而有力的支持。
College libraries serve good helper in college teaching and researching,and they are the 'second Classroom'for college students.Libraries are the'heart'of a college,which can provide knowledge,transmit civilization and educate people.In the new century,librarians need a better quality,so it is urent to improve the quality of the college librarians so as to give more support in healthy and orderly work in this'heart'
