摘要
以往的工业化模式可从六个方面进行归纳,反映出发展过程的特殊性。我国传统工业化模式中的一些问题在近20多年的工业化过程中依然以不同的方式表现出来,这是需要警惕的。在工业化中,首先要端正目标,真正做到以人为本,即以人民福利的增进和人的积极性充分发挥为目标。在实现目标的过程中,要借助于行政推动,但要防止可能产生的负面效应。
The past industrialization mode can be summarized in six aspects, which reflects the particularity in its development. It should be on alert that some problems in the mode of traditional industrialization in our country are still emerging in different ways in the industrialization in the latest over 20 years. In the industrialization, first of all, correct the motive to realize “human first”, namely, to increase the people's welfare and fully play the human enthusiasm. During the realization of this motive, seek help of administrative inspiration and avoid its negative influence at the same time.
