超顺磁氧化铁在心血管MRI中的应用

摘要 磁共振成像技术发展迅速,其在心血管领域中的应用越来越受到人们重视。近几年一种新兴的对比剂超小型超顺磁氧化铁成为MRI研究的热点。文中详细介绍其在冠脉成像、缺血及再灌注心肌显像、动脉粥样硬化及外周血管等领域中动物实验与临床应用现状,阐述了其潜在的巨大临床价值。
