摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞易于分离培养,增殖能力强,体外培养多次传代后仍保持多向分化潜能其以自身多方面的特点已成为血管组织工程又一种可选择的种子细胞,对临床应用具有重要价值,但其进一步体外成血管的条件尚需深入研究。综述人骨髓间充质干细胞hMSCs体外培养、定向分化为内皮细胞的条件及相关研究进展。 MSCs have strong prolifer ability easy to be isolated and cultivated. Even after several subcultures in vitro, MSCs still remain wide differentiation potentials. MSCs as seeding cells for vascular tissue engineering and of great value to clinical application. The conditions promoting vascularization should be further investigated.Review the recent research progress in conditions of culture in vitro and differentiation into endothelial cells of bone marraw mesen chymal stem cells(MSCS) apply in vascular tissue engineering.
