摘要
介绍了第二代超导带材基底与YBCO涂层的多种制备方法.详述了离子束辅助沉积IBAD,压延辅助基底RABiTS,倾斜基底沉积ISD等基底制备技术以及金属有机物沉积MOD,低成本电泳沉积等YBCO涂层制备技术.列举了国际上各机构第二代YBCO超导带材的研究和发展现状.
The article covers a range of fabrication methods of metal substrates and YBCO coatings as the second generation high temperature superconductor(HTS) tapes.Processing techniques using IBAD(ion beam-assisted deposition),RABiTS(rolling-assisted biaxially textured substrate),ISD(inclined substrate deposition),MOD(metal organic deposition) and low-cost EPD(electrophoretic deposition) to form tapes with excellent superconductivities are introduced.An overview of current research and development in the area of the second generation HTS tapes is presented.
