摘要
以Na2CO3和H3BO3为助熔剂,Na2CO3和H3BO3摩尔比为7/6,熔质Na3La9O3(BO3)8和助熔剂摩尔比为1/10~1/14,采用顶部籽晶生长方法,生长Na3La9O3(BO3)8晶体,晶体尺寸为30×18×8mm3。本文讨论了籽晶方向对Na3La9O3(BO3)8晶体生长的影响,(100)方向比(001)方向更有利于晶体生长。
Na3La9O3(BO3)8 crystals with size up to 30 × 18 × 8 mm3 have been grown by the top-seeded solution growth (TSSG) method using Na2CO3 and H3BO3 as the flux. As flux systems, the suitable molar ratio of Na2CO3 and H3BO3 is 7/6. The suitable molar proportion of solute Na3La9O3(BO3)8 and flux is from 1/10 to 1/14. The effects of seed directions on the growth of Na3La9O3(BO3)8 crystals were discussed. And seeds along (100) direction are favorable for the growth of Na3La9O3(BO3)8 crystals.
