摘要
为了减少在25~850℃工况下因滑移接触造成的摩擦和磨损,美国NASA格林研究中心开发了由镍铬合金、铬氧化物、氟化物和银组成的高温固体润滑PS304镀层。本文主要分析了组份、热处理和基体材料对PS304性能的影响。PS304复合镀层在较大温度范围内适用于不同材料的基体,在空气中经过高温短时间或中温长时间的热处理后,减少了镀层粒子间的残余热应力,提高了镀层的内聚强度和镀层与基体的结合强度。
PS304 is a high temperature solid lubricant coating composed of Ni-Cr,Cr_2O_3,BaF_2-CaF_2 and Ag.It is developed by the NASA Glenn Research Center to reduce friction and wear of sliding contacts operating from 25 to 850 ℃.The effects of components,thermal treatment and substrate materials on the performance of PS304 were analyzed.As a composite,PS304 is suited for deposition onto a wide variety of substrate materials over a wide range of temperatures.After coatings are heat treated in air at high temperatures for brief periods or moderate temperatures for long periods,residual stress between particle to particle in coatings is relieved and cohesive strength and coating to substrate adhesive strength are increased.
