摘要
对某冷轧板厂酸轧机组装备的拉矫机在实际生产中暴露出来的问题进行了详细分析,认为传动系统的设计与拉矫机的使用效果直接相关。延伸率的直接控制方式及张紧辊扭矩的分配及受控对于保证拉矫机的正常工作至关重要。提出了新的传动系统模型的建议。对冶金行业类似新设备的引进提供了有益的参考。
Based on the actual problems that took place in Tension Leveller of PL-TCM of one Iron & Steel Company, this paper gives a detailed analysis to its driving system. The paper grants that the selection and design of driving system has a direct relationship with the using effect of Tension Leveller. The direct-control way of elongation and the matching and distributing of torques supplied by the tension rolls are basically crucial to the normal operation of the Tension Leveller. This paper gives the suggestion of the new driving system model. The results of this paper are positive to the introduction of the new similar projects in metallurgy industry.
