摘要
针对锅炉各部位受热面吹灰装置普遍存在的能耗高、可靠性和吹灰效果差的缺点,介绍了燃气冲击波吹灰器的清灰原理和吹灰器改造方案,该方案充分考虑了锅炉省煤器的结构特点、运行方式和受热面积灰状况,吹灰器的清灰范围可达到省煤器面积的80%以上。发生器结构设计合理,能量选择适中,采用高能点火装置,确保了点火成功率,并成功地解决了冲击波吹灰器在高温烟气区燃气的自燃、管道回火等关键技术问题。该清灰技术具有性能可靠、维护方便、投资少的特点,可大幅度降低排烟温度,提高锅炉热效率,具有显著的节能效果。
The soot-blowers commonly used in boiler's Heat Recovery Areas(HRAs) have some problems such as high energy consumption,low reliability and bad cleaning effect.This paper introduces the working principle of shock wave soot-blower and the soot-blower retrofit scheme,which took into account the economizer structure,the boiler work condition and the ash distribution on HRAs with cleaning area of shock wave soot-blower above 80 percent of economize surface.With reasonable design in the structure of shock wave generator and proper detonating energy,the high-energy igniter is introduced to insure successful ignition.In addition,the key technology such as gas self-ignite,backfire in high temperature areas has been solved effectively.This technology is of reliable performance,easy maintenance,low investment and considerable energy saving by reducing the exhaust gas temperature and increasing boiler thermal efficiency.
