摘要
本文根据平衡记分卡的财务、客户、内部经营过程以及学习与成长四个方面,建立了建筑企业的绩效考核指标体系,这种方法克服了传统评价体系的不足,是一种较为科学的绩效评价指标体系。
This essay establishes a series of performance evaluation indexes of construction enterprise, which based on four points of balanced scorecard, that is finance, customer, internal business process, learning and growth. This method overcomes the limitation of traditional evaluation methods based on financial indexes, so it is a scientific method to measure the performance of construction enterprise.
