摘要
采用超微病理学的方法,发现猫蛛网膜下腔出血性脑血管痉挛的血管病理改变具有以血管外膜一侧受损在先,内膜损伤继后,最后才是中膜的结构型改变的特点,从而认为持续性痉挛是血管病理改变的成因,而非病理改变的结果,因此防止和解除血管痉挛是阻止血管发生结构性改变的关键环节。
Abstract The experime1ntal cats were killed by perfusion fixation,basilar arteries were immediately taken out,seperated equally into 3 parts and studied by light microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the pathological character of vessel wall of CVS following experimental SAH in cat was nonsynchronizating bidirectional lesion,that was the initial lesion appeared in adventitia,the secondaly occured in endothelium and the final impacted to media(smooth muscle cells).It was observed that there was only morphologic but no structural changes in vessel wall in early phade of vasospasm.According to above phenomena we concluded that sustaining spasm was the cause of major pathologic changes of blood vessels,but not the result and suggested that relief of vasospasm was the key for preventing structure changes of the wall of the blood vessels.
