PRA的检测及其在肾移植中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的:对本院86例肾移植患者术前进行PRA检测并在移植后对其是否发生排斥反应等指标进行观察,以研究PRA对肾脏移植的影响。结果:PRA阳性的患者可经过免疫吸附治疗,降低PRA水平,从而降低排斥反应的发生,改善患者移植后的状态;术前,同时进行PRA和淋巴细胞毒试验的检测,可以更好地反映患者的致敏状态;PRA水平受输血、性别、再次移植等致敏因素的影响。
