摘要
目的:探讨心脏放射损伤后发生心电图改变的相关因素。方法:对356例胸部60Co放射治疗肿瘤病人进行观察、分析,并进行统计学处理。结果:129例患者胸部放疗后出现心电图异常,主要以ST-T改变为主,年龄、有无冠状动脉硬化性心脏病史、放射部位不同等多种因素同其相关。结论:心脏放射损伤同多因素有关,加强对心脏的保护有望减少其发生。
Objective To evaluate the related factors of electrocardiogram changes causedby radiation damages.Methods 356 cases have undergone~ 60 Co radiotherapy.The irelectrocardiograms are analgsed.Results 129 cases have abnormal electro cardiograms.The main changes are ST-T changes.The changes are related with the age,coronary heart disease history and the parts of the tumors.Conclusions Heart radiation damage relate with many factors.We should protect the heart to prevent the damage.
