谐波成像在胎儿心脏膜性结构的应用价值

摘要 目的对比观察谐波成像(HI)与基波成像(FI)对胎儿超声心动图中胎心膜性结构图像质量的差别。方法对孕龄18~38周102例胎儿进行胎儿超声心动图检查,分别在FI和HI状态下,对胎心瓣膜、卵圆孔及卵圆孔瓣、心内膜等的显示清晰度及图像质量进行评分(1~3分),对照FI与HI成像状态下图像质量的差异。结果54例胎儿超声声窗不佳,48例声窗良好。所有102例胎儿HI评分均高于FI。不同声窗条件下FI与HI状态之间图像质量评分差异有显著性意义。结论HI技术明显改善了胎儿超声心动图对胎儿心脏膜性结构的显示分辨力和图像质量。在胎儿超声心动图检查中具有重要的价值。
