摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济虽然实现了较快速度的增长,但应当清醒地看到,经济增长的质量还不是很高。以粗放型为主的增长方式,在经济快速增长的同时,资源消耗和生态环境也付出了的较大代价。面对经济发展中如影随形的高消耗、高污染和资源环境约束问题,关注和重视经济增长的质量,寻求经济增长模式的全面转变,走节约型发展道路,发展循环经济,就显得尤为重要,尤为迫切了。
From the reform and opened-up on, although our country's economy increasing steadily, it should be clearly seen that the qaulity of economic increase is still not so high. the way of augment that coarse economy centered has paied greater price in resource consumption and eco-evironment as the economy incresing. Being facing the questions of higher consumption, pollution and resource restraint in economic development, it's more impportant, and more urgent to concern and pay more attentiom to the qaulity of economic increase, fully transform its mode, walk into the path economized development and progress circular economy.
