摘要
教育平等应当全面体现于受教育的权利、教育中的权利和教育后的权利等三个方面的平等。不仅社会本身不平等,学校也在参与和制造不平等,因此更有必要关注教育平等。只有通过履行国际承诺,扩大教育供给,促进社会公平,才能逐步向教育平等迈进。
Education equality should be the embodiment of rights to education, rights through education and rights after education. Inequality today is more than a social phenomenon; schools are participating in and creating inequality as well. Hence, showing solicitude for equality in education becomes a great necessity. It is believed that education equality can only be progressively accomplished through fulfilling international commitments, expanding educational input and promoting social equity.
