摘要
设计了一种三层螺旋绕组结构的爆炸式磁通压缩发电机(MFCG),经过与单层螺旋绕组MFCG进行对比分析,发现三层螺旋绕组结构的爆炸式MFCG能够带动9倍大的电感负载和3倍大的电阻负载并实现高效率发电。这种“高电压低电流”的MFCG设计思路将改变“MFCG只适合带动较小负载”的观念。
As a kind of pulsed power supply, the explosive Magnetic Flux Compression Generator with a helical winding (MFCG-HW) can be used in such fields as strong electromagnetic pulse, electromagnetic launch, nuclear simulation experiment, mega-gauss physics working in the order of about 10-5 s. In the early article, the working process of the MFCG-HW is elaborately described, and the multi-layer winding MFCG proposal is suggested for a higher power. A kind of three-layer helix winding for explosive MFCG is designed in this paper. The contrastive theory analysis on the MFCGs of single-layer helix winding and three-layer helix winding demonstrates that the latter can drive a three-fold resistance load and a nine-fold inductance load with a higher efficiency. That kind of working mode with higher voltage and lower current can change the idea that the MFCG is only suitable for the low parameter load.
