摘要
目的了解合肥市18~25岁人群流脑免疫水平,评价A+C流脑疫苗接种效果,为合理制定流脑A+C疫苗接种方案提供依据。方法分别抽取18~25岁接种过和未接种过流脑疫苗学生的静脉血,检测流脑A群和C群IgG抗体并统计分析。结果18~25岁人群A群抗体阳性率41.2%;GMT为1∶78;其中流行区与非流行区分别为1∶72和1∶84;两者GMT经t检验无显著性差异(t值为0.7,P>0.05)。C群抗体阳性率33.3%;GMT为1∶81;其中流行区为1∶135,非流行区为1∶53,两者GMT经t检验有高度显著性差异(t值为4.02,P<0.01)。A+C流脑疫苗接种后抗体阳性率较接种前A群上升了104%,C群上升了160%;A群和C群免疫前后GMT经t检验有高度显著性差异(t值分别为5.8和5.9,P<0.01)。结论18~25岁人群流脑免疫水平达不到保护水平。A+C流脑疫苗免疫效果较好,应当推广接种。
Objective To understand epidemic meningitis immunity level of natural population at age of 18-25 and evaluate immunity effect of A+C epidemic meningitis vaccine so as to provide reasonable basis for making A+C epidemic meningitis vaccination scheme.Methos Adstracting the blood in vein respectively of students at the age of 18-25 who have recommended epidemic meningitis and who have not .In order to monitor the level of IgG antibody for A type and C type and analysis with statistical method.Results Antibody positive rate of population at age of 18-25 for A type Neisseria menigitidis was 41.2%. GMT was 1:78. Of them, the GMT in the prevalence area and the non prevalence area was 1:72 and 1:84 respectively. There was no significant difference between them ( t value 0.7, P>0.05). Antibody positive rate for C type Neisseria meningitidis was 33.3%. GMT was 1:81. Of them, the GMT in the prevalence area and the non prevalence area was 1:135 and 1:53 respectively. There was significant difference in the two areas (t value 4.02, P<0.01). Antibody positive rate for A type and C type Neisseria meningitidis increased 104% and 160% respectively after vaccinating A+C epidemic meningitis vaccine. There were significant differences of antibody positive rate for A type and C type Neisseria meningitidis before and after A+C epidemic meningitis vaccination (P<0.01). Conclusion Population at age of 18-25 had not got protective immunity level for epidemic meningitis. Effect of A+C epidemic meningitis vaccination was better. The vaccine was worth recommending.
