摘要
针对运行多年的供水泵,通过理论计算排除了由于设备基础造成震动的可能。同时根据现场调查实际状况,进行充分分析,找出了造成泵震动的主要原因。提出了切实可行的解决方案并进行了整改实施,彻底消除了泵的震动,实现了供水泵的正常运转。
As for the vibration of water supply pump, from theoretical calculation, the possibility of pump vibration caused by equipment infrastructure may be excluded. According to the actual on-site investigation, detailed analysis has been taken to find out the main causes of pump vibration. Feasible solution scheme were raised and renewed and implemented, which completely eliminated the pump vibration and realized the regular running of water supply pump.
