摘要
学界对经济法的基本原则一直以来都争论不止。本文从经济法的产生及发展的角度来说明,国家适度干预是经济法的手段性原则,科学发展原则是目的性原则,从而构成我国经济法的基本原则,并使之更好地作用于我国经济的建设和社会的发展。
<Abstrcat> There has been controversy about the basic principles of economic law in the sphere of learning. As far as the creation and development of economic law is concerned, the moderate interference of the government is an instrumental principle of economic law while scientific development principle is a purposive one. These constitute the basic principles of our economic law, which can play a more important role in the construction of our economy and development of our society.
