摘要
用光镜、扫描电镜及透射电镜首次研究了熊猴精子的结构。在光镜及电镜下,熊猴精子头的形状、顶体大小、核的结构等,与猕猴属其他种类相似。精子总长(79.49±0.11μm)及各部分的长度与藏酋猴相近,而与猕猴属其他种类存在明显差异(P<0.01)。本文的结果表明,熊猴可能在种系进化过程中与藏酋猴关系最近,而与猕猴属中其他种分离较早。
Assamese monkey ranks the first in the list of the protected wildlife of national importance in China,In this work,the fine structure of assamese monkey sperm was studied using light microscopy(LM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The total length of the sperm is 79.49±0.11μm.The head of the sperm is oval and flat in shape,and 5.59±0.02μm in length with large acrosome surrounding the anterior3/4 of the nuclear surface.There is a short neck in which a centriole can be seen,The midpiece is 11.47±0.03 μm long and approximately 43 circles of mitochondria which arranged in a helix.The main piece is 62.20±0.09μm in length.In the end piece, one microtubule was found in the center and surrounded by a ring of 7 microtubules which is further encompassed by a ring of l2 microtubules.The size of assamese monkey sperm is very similar to that of Tibetan macaque but different from that of other species in macaca(P<0.01).The results indicate:1.Assamese monkey is more closely related to Tibetan macaque in evolution than to any other species of macaca;2.Assamese monkey is an early diverged species in the phylogeny of macaca.
