小鼠肝脏细胞摄取镨的动态研究──电镜和X射线微区分析术观察 被引量:4

摘要 在给小鼠1次静脉注射氯化错(60mg/kg体重)后5min至48h内的9个间期应用电镜结合X射线微区分析术,对镨在肝细胞与枯否细胞中的运转进行了追踪观察。在5min~2h,两种细胞均以胞吞方式摄取肝血窦中含镨微粒,在胞质中形成吞噬体。在吞噬体内,微粒群处于由稀疏至密集的浓缩过程,小吞噬体互相融合。这种胞吞作用在枯否细胞极为活跃,在肝细胞则较微弱。在4~48h,许多枯否细胞的胞质几乎被吞噬体充满,细胞变性;肝细胞内的吞噬体汇聚于胆小管周围。在胆小管腔内可见高电子致密微粒群,表明镨可经胆汁途径排出。 fter an intraevnous injection of praseodymium trichloride (PrCl3 ; 60mg/kg) to mice, at nine intervals, from 5min to 48h , the transtortation of Pr in kepatorytes and Kupffer tells was observed dynamically witk electron microscopy and X ray micrcanalysis. From 5min to 2h, the Pr-containing particles were endotytosed by the two kinds of cells and formed Phagosomes. The small phagosomes fused each other to form large ones and the particles were concentrated in them. The endocytosis was very active in Kupffer cells but weak in hepatocytes. From 4h to 48h , the cytoplasm of Kupffer cells were filled with phagosomes and some cells degenerated in hepatotytes, the phagosomes gathered arourd bile tanalicoli. High elettron dense particles also seen in the lumen of bile canaliculi, inditating the excretion of Pr by bile passage.
