摘要
用无皂乳液聚合法,通过控制聚合时电解质浓度([M])、丙烯酸浓度([AA])及其加入时机等条件合成了粒径和表面羧基含量可控的P(Stc-oA-A)乳胶粒子,研究了P(Stc-oA-A)乳胶粒子的结构随聚合条件变化的规律。结果表明,聚合时体系中[AA]越高、加入AA越晚、[M]越低,所获得的乳胶粒子的粒径越小;[AA]越高、AA加入的越早,则表面羧基含量越高。
The poly(styrene-co-acrylic acid)(P(St-co-AA))latexes with fine adjustable particle size and surface-bound carboxylic acid content were available by controlling the copolymerization conditions such as,electrolyte concentration([M])and the charging occasion of AA(δ)etc.used in the soap-free emulsion copolymerization.The effects of the copolymerization conditions on the structure of the synthesized P(St-co-AA)latexes were investigated.It was shown that the particle size of the synthesized P(St-co-AA)latexes decreased with the increasing,delaying δ or decreasing[M],while the surface-bound carboxylic acid content of the latexes decreased with decreasingor delaying δ.
