摘要
龙须草为多年生宿根性草本纤维植物,其根可分为定根(主根)和不定根两类。主根直径328.8μm,寿命较短;不定根直径986.4μm,生活时间长,根毛多,为主要的吸收器官。龙须草不仅幼根上有根毛,而且不定根老根上根毛十分密集。经TTC染色,结果证明老幼根均有活性;应用甲烯兰测定,证明龙须草根老幼活力不同,不同类型间也有差异。
Eulaliopsis binata is a perennial fibrous herb. Its root falls into two categories: the normal root and the adventitious root. The main root is thin(328.8 μm), and its life-span is short, while the adventitious root is thick, with a tonger lifespan and thick root hair.Therefore, the adventitious root is regarded as the main absorption organ. The roots of a different age possess different characteristics in terms of morphological structure. There is even more hair in older adventitious root than in the younger. The dyeing process suggests that the root hairs are active. And it is determined by using methylene blue that the activity of the root system varies according to types and ages.
