摘要
分析了一种半桥不对称PWM控制DC/DC变换器的工作原理,以及为实现功率管零电压开通(ZVS),其主电路参数必须满足的条件,得到了开关管ZVS时间与谐振电感、占空比、负载以及输入输出电压的关系,得出了谐振电感的设计准则,并对相关计算公式进行了简化以适用于工程计算。根据理论分析结果设计了270V输入,48V输出1.5kW变换器。该变换器的实验结果论证了理论分析的正确性,样机效率达到了93%。
An asymmetrical half-bridge converter is analyzed in detail.To achieve the Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) for power switches,the circuit parameters must satisfy some demands.The relations among time for realizing ZVS,resonance inductor,duty cycle,load and input and output voltage are derived.The design rules can be drawn for asymmetrical half-bridge converters and the concerned equations are simplified to be more suitable for engineering applications.The experiment results verified the theoretic analysis and proposed rules.The efficiency of a prototype with 270V input 48V and 1.5kW output is 93%.
