摘要
描述了一种基于DSP全数字实时控制的稳流逆变器电源离散控制系统的分析与设计过程。文中首先按照连续系统的建模方法,对所采用的带有电感电流瞬时值反馈的双环控制策略进行了建模与分析。仿真结果表明,该控制策略有利于提高逆变器系统的稳定性和动、静态性能。接着描述了将连续系统进行离散化的方法,并详尽讨论了离散控制系统的参数设计过程,列出了数字控制系统的参数和程序流程。稳流源逆变器数字实时控制系统采用DSP控制器TMS320F2407实现。最后给出了逆变器在稳态条件下以及轻载、重载相互切换条件下的实验波形,实验结果显示稳流源具有良好的动、静态性能,验证了全数字实时控制系统的设计。
This paper describes the analysis and design process of the discrete control system of a DSP-based current regulated power supply inverter which requires high static and dynamic performance and stability.First,the double-loop control strategy with instantaneous inductor current feedback is modeled and analyzed through the conventional small-signal modeling method of continuous systems,and the simulation results indicate that this control strategy contributes to improving both static and dynamic performance and stability of the inverter system.Then the method used to transform the continuous control system into the digital system is presented,and the parameter design of the discrete system is discussed in detail. System parameters and the program flow chart are also listed.The DSP controller,TMS320F2407,is employed to implement the digital control system of the inverter.Finally,experiment waveforms,including those under the static condition and light-to-heavy and heavy-to-light load-switching conditions,are provided to verify the performance and the design of the inverter discrete real-time control system.
