摘要
分析了国有企业人才流失的原因,主要是人才观念落后、机制死板、薪酬少、待遇低、工作环境差、感情投入少,提出了利于留住人才、减少人才流失的措施与途径。
This paper analyzes on the causes of the talent outflow that mainly are the backward conception, mechanical system, poor salary, lower treatment, bad working environment, and less emotional input, etc., and puts forward some measures and paths for keeping the talents and reducing the talent outflow.
