摘要
政府采购制度的推行是公共消费领域的一种制度性的创新。从发展趋势看,我国对外开放政府采购市场是不可避免的。分析了加入WTO对我国的政府采购制度带来的影响,给出了构建我国政府采购制度的基本框架。
The promotion of the governmental purchasing system is a kind of system innovation in the field of the public consumption. Seeing from the developing trend, it is inevitable for Chinese government to open the governmental purchasing market to the outside world. This paper analyzes on the influence of WTO entry on our country's governmental purchasing system, and puts forward the fundamental frame of building our country's governmental purchasing system.
