摘要
长治市2003年气候出现异常,多项气象要素突破历史极值,本文对长治市2003年气象异常的特点进行了总结,对异常气候给农业生产和人民生活带来的影响进行了回顾总结,并对异常气候产生的环流背景及其它条件进行了分析,为气候趋势预测提供了一定的参考依据。
The climate is unusual in Changzhi in2003.A lot of meteorological elemen ts broke historical extreme value.This paper summarize d unusual feature of Changzhi ’s climate in 2003and reviewed the inf luence on the agriculture and the life becau se of unusual climate and analyzed th e circulation background and other c on-ditions that was the cause of the unusual climate,also provided some base s for climatic forecasting.
