摘要
研究５例巨细胞型骨肉瘤临床病理和超微结构特征。在此型骨肉瘤内巨细胞可为良性或间变性，基质细胞为纤维母细胞样和组织细胞样细胞，可见个典型分裂象，此型骨肉瘤应与骨巨细胞瘤区别。本文对此型骨肉瘤的发病率、鉴别诊断和治疗原则进入了讨论。
The clinicopathological and ultrastructural studies of 5 cascs of giant cell type of osteosarcoma were reported.The giant cells in this type of osteosarcoma were benign or anaplastic and the stromal cells were fibroblast-or histocyte-like cells. Atylpical mitotic figures were found.The giant cell type osteosarcoma should be differentiated from the giant cell tumor of bone. The incidence. differential diagnosis and treatment of giant cell type osteosarcoma were discussed.
