摘要
目的:总结硬膜外导管为断端支撑物行下泪小管吻合术的体会。方法:回顾手术过程,随访泪小管吻合术37例进行分析。结果:在37例患者中成功32例,成功率86%,其中3例因术中未找到泪小管鼻侧断端而失败。结论:以硬膜外导管作为断端支撑物行泪小管吻合术,关键是寻找断端,该方法简便,手术成功率高,便于基层医院及初学者掌握。
· AIM: To summarize the experience of canaliculoplasty supported by epidural tube.· METHODS: Canaliculoplasty was performed in 37 cases (37 eyes), and these cases were followed up and analyzed.· RESULTS: The operation was successful in 32 cases (86%)and failed in 3 case because the nasal dacryocanalicular remainder was not found.· CONCLUSION: The key of the operation is to find the dacryocanalicular remainder. This method is simple with high success rate, so it is easy to learn for doctors with little experience or in grass-roots hospitals.·
