摘要
360度考评法是组织对员工通过经理、客户、合作者、供应商等信息渠道收集信息、提供反馈并评估绩效的方法。为了了解国有企业实施360度考评法的现状和存在的主要问题,笔者与陕西汽车集团的26名职工进行了谈话,在此基础上,分析了360度考评法在国有企业存在的主要问题,如人员素质不高,宣传不到位,考评项目及表格设计不合理,考评方法不灵活等。针对这些问题,提出了相应对策。
360 examination and assessment methodology is a way in which the company collects information, provides feedback and assesses the achievements and effectiveness of its staff members through the information channels of managers, customers, cooperators and suppliers. In order to find out the current situations and existing problems of 360 examination and assessment methodology in the state owned enterprises, the author of this paper has talked with twenty six workers in Shaanxi Automobile Grope Company Ltd.. On this basis, the author analyzes the main problems caused by the application of 360 examination and assessment methodology in state owned enterprises, including the poor quality of staff member, the inefficient publicity, the unreasonableness of assessed items, the poor form design and inflexible assessment method. In view of these problems, the author puts forward some countermeasures.
