摘要
本文通过对风力与卷烟工艺关系现场试验结果的综合分析研究,找出了风力变化与烟支重量的关系,即风力参数在一定范围时,烟支重量达到最佳状况。并通过对卷烟机内部风力状况的调整,使其既可提高卷烟机除梗效率又达到减少梗中含合格烟丝的目的。
The authors try to find out the relationship between air supply and the weight of a cigarette on the comprehensive analysis and study of the experimental result of the relationship between air supply and cigarette making technology.It is discovered that the weight of a cigarette is optimal when parameter of the air supply is within a given range. Meanwhile,by adjusting the internal air supply of cigarette making machine, stem-removing can be more efficient and up-to-standard cut tobacco in the stem can also be reduced.
