摘要
党的十六大报告提出全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标 ,而目前我国人均GDP将接近 1 0 0 0美元 ,正处在经济起飞的阶段 ,本文从经济起飞阶段的特征、我国目前的机遇和比较优势提出了抓住机遇 ,顺势创新 。
The report at 16th Party Congress set the objectives for building a well-off society in an all-round way. At present, the economy of our country is on the taking-off phase because the per capita GDP in China is approaching to US$1000. This essay presents the economic feature at the beginning phase, current opportunities and advantages, puts forward some effective measures for grasping the opportunities and building a well-off society.
