摘要
本文介绍专为锂离子电池组设计的保护和电压均衡集成电路X3100/X3101,该芯片内部有EEPROM和MOSFET驱动电路,并具有微功耗休眠模式。采用该控制芯片的充电器,外围元件少,充电电压精度高,具有锂离子电池组充电所需的全部功能,并通过容量均衡控制有效提高了电池组使用寿命。
The X3100/X3101 is a protection and monitor IC for use in battery packs consisting of 4 series Lithium-Ion battery cells. The chip integrated 4kbit EEPROM, FET drive circuitry and flexible power management with 1μA sleep mode. The cell balancing control function increased battery capacity and improve cycle lift and battery lift.
