本文从适者生存的视角,分析了家族企业与市场经济协同进化的历程,指出优化环境是家族企业管理创新的制度前提,提升管理是家族企业健康发展的内在基础。
The paper analyses the co-evolution of family business and market economy,and points out that the improvement of environment and inner management is the guarantee and the foundation of the development of family business.
