肿瘤抗原NY-ESO-1研究进展

摘要 肿瘤抗原NY-ESO-1是肿瘤-睾丸(cancer-testis,CT)抗原,其编码基因是一基因家族,目前发现的主要包括NY-ESO-1、LAGE-1和ESO3三个成员。NY-ESO-1是迄今发现的最具免疫原性的肿瘤抗原之一,可以在NY-ESO-1表达阳性的肿瘤患者体内引起自发性体液免疫反应和T细胞免疫反应,因此在抗原特异性肿瘤免疫治疗中具有广泛的应用前景。
