摘要
目的对比分析3种不同器械对老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗作用。方法对150例老年股骨粗隆间骨折采用切开复位,应用双头加压镙钉、麦氏鹅头钉、DHS(dynamichipscrew)3种不同器械内固定治疗。结果本组平均随访2年,股骨粗隆间骨折全部愈合。用DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,优良率94%。结论DHS固定牢固,可以进行早期功能锻炼,减少并发症,是一种值得推广的方法。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of 3 different compression screws. Methods Femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated operatively in 150 old cases by 3 different internal fixations respectively. Results The follow-up was 6 month to 3 years,the good rate was 94% in 50 cases whose fracture was fixed by dynamic hip screw. Conclusion DHS proved to be a simple and useful fixation device.
