摘要
用机械合金化方法,以氢气作为保护气氛(0.5MPa),通过添加碳纳米管,制备出含有碳纳米管的镁基储氢材料(Mg3Ni2MnO20.25CNTs)。结果表明:该材料具有优异的储氢性能,储氢容量达到7.0%;动力学性能也得到提高,吸氢过程基本在100s以内完成,在0.1MPa下放氢过程可在600s完成,放氢平台温度在280℃左右。添加碳纳米管,镁基储氢材料在机械球磨过程中,可以提高其球磨效率,颗粒更加细化均匀,传质与传热性能得到改善,该材料具有良好的应用前景。
Nanocomposite Mg-3Ni-2MnO-0.25CNTs was made by mechanical ball milling method under hydrogen pressure of 0.5MPa. The nanocomposite has very high Absorption hydrogen capacity and remarkable kinetic properties in hydriding /dehydriding process, for example the nanocomposite can Absorb 7.0% hydrogen in 100s at 200℃ under of hydrogen pressure of 2.0MPa. The grain of Mg-based hydrogen storage materials with CNTs is much smaller in ball milling process than that of the materials without CNTs. The composites has potential application in the future.
