摘要
通过对55SiMn2Mo钢CCT曲线测定和连续冷却转变组织观察表明:该钢的CCT曲线中,A→P转变区被强烈推迟,而A→B转变区被推迟较小。在较宽的冷却速度范围内可得到B/M复相组织,并且在组织中发现贝氏体的变异形态。
Through determining CCT curve and observing continuous cooling transformation microstructure of the 55SiMn2Mo steel,the results show: A→P transformation is strongly delayed, however,A→B transformation is little delayed on its CCT curve.In the wider cooling speed range,B/M duplex microstructure is obtained and Bainite varied states are found in this microstructure.
