摘要
通过解单级共射极放大电路的实例,说明了用OrCAD/Pspice软件库里提供的特征值函数或我们自己编制的特征值函数可以很方便地求得模拟放大电路的若干交流小信号参数,例如:3dB带宽、电压增益AV、输入电阻Ri以及输出电阻RO;同时以桥式测量放大电路为例,求取其中满足一定条件的某一电阻参数的值,说明了应用OrCAD/Pspice的特征值函数及性能分析能快捷地分析电路性能随元器件参数的变化关系,从而求得某一参数的优化值。这些在模电解题中都具有较普遍的意义。
This article, by an example of solving the single stage common emitter amplifier, illustrates that several alternating small signal parameters such as: 3dB bandwith, voltage gain A_V, input resistance R_i and output resistance R_O of the amplifier can be obtained easily by using the goal function built in software OrCAD/Pspice or written by the user. As an example, we can get the value of one resistance satisfied the certain condition in bridge measuring amplifier which illustrates that using the goal function and performance analysis in OrCAD/Pspice can quickly analyze the variation relationship between circuit performance and an individual component's parameter and so can obtain its optimized value. This has common sense in solving analog electronic circuit problems.
